The Table.
Our kitchen cooks the way Southern kitchens always have — for the people under our own roof. Every menu is served only at the venues we host, so your supper arrives with the room, the welcome, and the whole evening wrapped around it. We never cook for a party we can't care for in person.
Built Around the Season
Bacon-wrapped roasted pork loin with spiced apples, rosemary roasted potatoes, and parmesan green beans — plated by the dozen, still warm from the oven, ready to meet a room full of guests. Menus like this one aren't pulled from a binder. They're dreamed up for your season, your people, and your day — then shaped together with you, long before the first plate is set.
Small Bites, Great Care
Deviled eggs piped high, each one crowned with a seasoned Gulf shrimp — a little Cajun, a little dressed up, and gone from the tray before you know it. The first hour sets the tone for the whole evening, so we build it with the same attention as the main course — and serve it in rooms we know by heart.
Dinner as Part of the Room
Gold-rimmed plates on dark linen, hors d'oeuvres within arm's reach. Because supper is cooked just steps from where it's served, the food never feels delivered — it feels like it grew out of the evening, the way it does in a well-loved home.
What the Table Holds
Composed for Your Table
Every menu begins with a conversation — the occasion, the season, the guests, the family recipes and traditions worth keeping. From there we shape a menu together, the way you'd plan a holiday supper with someone you love, until it feels just right.
Come Hungry. Leave Looked After.
Set your date at one of our venues and the kitchen comes with it — apron on, oven warm. Tell us about your day.
