Although we do our best to fill all orders as quickly as possible,  placing an order does not guarantee that it will be shipped out, delivered or ready for pickup that same week depending on availability.

We source our ingredients locally, including Louisiana seafood, to ensure the highest quality and freshest ingredients. 

Most of your products, with the exception of salad dressing, jellies and boudin king cake, will be received frozen. Our recipes are batch cooked, portioned and then immediately frozen to insure quality and freshness. Reheating instructions are listed on each product. 

Shipping outside of our local area will be an option in the near future.  Check back often for nationwide shipping options available.
